AyuSynk entered Shark Tank India Season 2 with a digital stethoscope platform designed to record, visualise and share heart and lung sounds. The company asked for ₹1 crore for 1.5% equity, implying a valuation of about ₹66.7 crore.

The pitch ended with ₹50 lakh for 3.5% equity plus ₹50 lakh in debt carrying 10% interest. The package provided the full requested capital while splitting it equally between equity and borrowing.

Ayu Devices continues selling and demonstrating the AyuSynk platform. Its official website lists newer AyuSynk 2+ and AyuSynk 2 Pro versions, along with CardioSynk and a dashboard ecosystem for monitoring and telemedicine workflows.

The company currently reports 11,000 devices sold, 65,000 patients served and 300,000 recordings. It also describes Bluetooth connectivity, sound amplification, recording, sharing and AI-assisted murmur-detection support.

The before-and-after progression is visible in product development and deployment. AyuSynk entered the Tank seeking capital for a modular digital-stethoscope system and now reports multiple device versions and five-figure cumulative device sales.

The performance and usage totals are company-published figures. AI-assisted analysis is decision support, not an independent diagnosis, and medical-device use should follow regulatory status, professional training and manufacturer instructions.

As of August 25, 2026, AyuSynk remains active with 11,000 reported devices sold and an expanded product platform. Recent audited revenue and profit were not found, so device deployment is the clearest publicly stated measure of post-show progress.
