Bhaskar’s Puranpoli Ghar entered Shark Tank India Season 2 with a restaurant business built around multiple varieties of freshly prepared puranpoli. The company asked for ₹75 lakh for 1% equity, placing a ₹75 crore valuation on the business.
The Sharks did not invest, and the pitch ended without a deal. The company therefore continued its development without an announced Shark-backed equity transaction from the programme.
The official company website says the business was established in 2015 and began with an outlet on DVG Road in Bengaluru. It lists 10 outlets across Bengaluru and one each in Mangalore and Hubli, producing a stated network of 12 outlets.
Its published menu includes dal, coconut, sesame, carrot, dates, khova, gulkand, pineapple, chocolate, dry-fruit and other puranpoli varieties. The company also lists spices, pickles, papad, snacks, dry fruits and sweets.
The before-and-after journey is centred on continuity and physical presence. The business arrived in the Tank as an established regional chain seeking capital at a high valuation and continues presenting a multi-city outlet network despite receiving no deal.
The outlet figure is a company-published count and the official page reviewed does not state when every location last operated. No recent audited revenue, profit, franchise count or current valuation was found in the public sources.
As of August 25, 2026, Bhaskar’s Puranpoli Ghar maintains an official business presence and reports 12 outlets across three Karnataka cities. Its latest financial scale is undisclosed, so the verifiable post-show position is continued operation rather than a quantified revenue claim.
