Anantraj Tomar and Shivrajsinh Tomar presented Motion Breeze as an adaptive electric motorcycle developed by Motion Automotive in Vadodara. The prototype was designed to alter its riding geometry and demonstrate a distinct approach to electric two-wheelers.

The founders asked for ₹30 lakh for 3% equity on Shark Tank India Season 1. Ashneer Grover agreed to invest ₹30 lakh for 6%, producing a televised deal at half the valuation implied by the original request.

Post-show reporting says the agreement did not close after due diligence. A televised handshake or accepted offer is not the same as a completed share transaction, and no later corporate announcement was located showing Ashneer Grover as an investor.

The company also did not achieve a verified commercial motorcycle launch. Searches for production deliveries, registrations and an active purchase channel did not produce reliable evidence that the prototype entered sustained manufacturing.

A later Shark Tank India Club investigation reported that Motion Breeze was closed by November 2023 and that founders had moved to other ventures. No subsequent official relaunch, acquisition or current revenue filing has been located.

The company’s journey consequently stopped between prototype and production. Motion Breeze gained a ₹30 lakh on-air commitment, but the deal reportedly failed to conclude and the motorcycle did not reach verified commercial scale. As of August 25, 2026, the startup is best described as closed rather than an active electric-vehicle manufacturer.

No verified customer-delivery count, homologation record or production revenue was found in the reviewed sources. These omissions matter because a functioning electric-motorcycle prototype is not equivalent to a road-certified vehicle available at commercial volume. Later concept images and social-media posts cannot independently demonstrate manufacturing, sales or completion of the television investment.

The founders’ later work is not counted as Motion Breeze activity unless it is conducted through the same company or explicitly presented as a successor to the motorcycle project.
