STAGE entered Shark Tank India Season 2 as a regional-language entertainment platform focused on dialect-led programming. The company sought ₹3 crore for 1% equity, an ask that implied a ₹300 crore valuation at the beginning of the televised pitch.

The founders accepted a combined package of ₹1.5 crore for 0.6% equity plus ₹1.5 crore in debt at 12% interest. The structure preserved the headline ₹3 crore capital amount while dividing it equally between ownership funding and repayable borrowing.

STAGE has since continued building a subscription streaming service around culturally specific programming. Its official platform promotes web series, films, poetry, comedy and other shows in regional dialects, differentiating the service from national streaming platforms that organise catalogues mainly by broad languages.

The company reported a major financial step in FY2025. Hood Insider reported that STAGE crossed ₹100 crore in revenue, reaching about ₹111 crore compared with ₹18 crore in the preceding year. On those reported figures, annual revenue increased more than sixfold.

That change provides a measurable before-and-after picture. STAGE approached the Sharks for growth capital while defending a high valuation based on the potential of regional entertainment. It later moved from an emerging dialect-video proposition to a business reporting nine-figure rupee annual revenue.

The revenue figures are reported company results cited by a business publication and should not be confused with profit, cash flow or independently audited valuation. The public sources reviewed do not provide a complete FY2025 profit-and-loss statement or confirm the final post-diligence terms of the television deal.

As of August 25, 2026, STAGE remains active as a dialect-focused streaming platform. Its reported FY2025 revenue of roughly ₹111 crore is the strongest publicly quantified growth marker in this ten-company group, while profitability and current ownership details remain undisclosed.
