Revamp Moto was incorporated in Maharashtra in 2021 to develop modular electric two-wheelers. Its proposition combined an electric vehicle platform with interchangeable attachments intended for delivery workers and other small-business users.
The founders entered Shark Tank India Season 1 asking for ₹1 crore for 1% equity. The televised negotiation concluded with a ₹1 crore investment for 1.5%. The deal supplied the amount requested while increasing the investors’ equity share from the original proposal.
Revamp’s official website currently presents the RM Buddie 25 and RM Mitra 02 alongside attachments for different commercial applications. This shows continuity with the modular-use proposition described during the pitch, rather than a switch to a conventional consumer scooter alone.
The Company Check lists Revamp Moto Private Limited as active and reports FY2024 revenue of ₹21.9 lakh, representing 315% year-on-year growth. Its profile also records 41 employees, total disclosed funding of approximately $2.15 million across four rounds and an open ₹3 crore charge in favour of State Bank of India.
The percentage growth is large because it is measured from a comparatively small preceding revenue base. The ₹21.9 lakh figure remains modest for a vehicle manufacturer, and publicly accessible records do not provide a newer audited annual revenue number showing whether the FY2024 growth rate continued.
Revamp Moto’s verified journey is therefore from an early modular-vehicle concept to an active, funded electric-mobility company with operating products and reported revenue. As of August 25, 2026, its latest located financial snapshot shows ₹21.9 lakh FY2024 revenue after 315% growth, while its website continues to market modular electric vehicles for personal and commercial use.
