Booz Mobility began with a narrow proposition: electric kick scooters rented for short journeys inside private premises. Corporate records associate the brand with Hello Skate Mobility LLP, incorporated in Gujarat in October 2017, with Rutvij Dasadia among its designated partners. The model was designed for controlled locations rather than conventional citywide ride sharing, addressing movement within campuses and other large properties.
The company reached a national television audience in the first episode of Shark Tank India Season 1. Dasadia asked for ₹40 lakh for 15% equity. The programme’s pitch table records an on-air agreement of ₹40 lakh for 50% equity, backed by Ashneer Grover and Vineeta Singh. That agreement implied an on-air post-money value of ₹80 lakh, but it does not establish the company’s present valuation or confirm its current ownership structure.
Booz has since repositioned its offering around managed mobility infrastructure. Its current website describes subscription-based fleets for business parks, warehouses, ports, airports, corporate campuses, special economic zones, residential developments, universities and event venues. It also markets rentals to hotels and resorts and describes public-private deployments with tourism bodies, civic authorities and state governments.
The company says it now manages more than 500 scooters. That figure is a current company claim rather than a number independently verified through audited accounts. Its website divides the service into Booz Plus for commercial and institutional premises, Booz Elite for hospitality locations, Booz Go for tourism and public sites, and Booz Spots for charging and docking infrastructure.
The underlying legal structure has also changed. Registry-derived records say Hello Skate Mobility Private Limited was incorporated on October 23, 2024, has paid-up capital of ₹18.75 lakh and is active. The same records list Rutvij Ketanbhai Dasadia and Ketanbhai Babubhai Dasadia as directors and identify Booz Mobility as its associated brand. Public financial values were not available in the reviewed profile, so this article does not estimate revenue or profitability.
Booz’s verifiable development is therefore a shift in operating scope rather than a disclosed financial-growth story. It moved from a pitch centred on private-premises scooter rentals to a portfolio spanning institutional subscriptions, hospitality rentals, tourism projects and docking infrastructure. As of August 24, 2026, the official website remains active and the operating company has filed financial statements through March 2025, while detailed revenue and ownership data remain unavailable publicly.
