Raising Superstars was developed as an early-childhood learning platform offering parents guided activities for young children. The Mumbai business used an app-led model to distribute learning programmes and parenting content beyond in-person classes.
The company appeared on Shark Tank India Season 1 asking for ₹1 crore for 2% equity. Aman Gupta and Ashneer Grover agreed to invest ₹1 crore for 4%, providing the requested amount while doubling the equity share in the televised terms.
The platform continued operating after the programme and expanded its digital course offering. Its current public presence still presents structured learning programmes for parents and children, showing continuity with the original child-development proposition.
Inc42’s filing-derived financial profile reports FY2025 revenue of ₹15.9 crore, down 23.5% from ₹20.8 crore in FY2024. The same profile reports total expenses of about ₹16 crore and a net loss of approximately ₹17.3 lakh for FY2025.
The results show that Raising Superstars remained a sizeable operating education business, but the latest year was a contraction rather than continued top-line growth. The small reported loss also means revenue should not be described as profit or cash generation.
The verifiable journey is therefore mixed. Raising Superstars moved from an app seeking national visibility to a business producing more than ₹15 crore annual revenue, then recorded a 23.5% decline in FY2025. As of August 25, 2026, the company remains active, while the latest available accounts place revenue at ₹15.9 crore and the business slightly loss-making.
The year-on-year comparison also shows a sharp reduction in expenses relative to the preceding period, according to the same financial profile. That cost movement helped narrow the loss despite lower sales. It does not establish positive free cash flow, because the public summary does not provide enough detail to reconcile working capital, financing movements and cash balances.
