Magic of Memories entered Shark Tank India Season 2 with customised keepsake jewellery made to preserve personal materials connected to family memories. Founder Preety Maggo asked for ₹25 lakh for 5% equity, implying a ₹5 crore valuation.

The Sharks did not invest, and the pitch ended without a deal. The company therefore continued as a founder-led business without announced equity funding from the programme.

Magic of Memories remains active through its official website. The company displays rings, pendants, bracelets and earrings and explains that customers can commission pieces using materials such as breast milk, hair, an umbilical-cord keepsake, flowers or other personal inclusions.

The site provides a current enquiry form, contact details and ordering instructions, including staged payment terms for some jewellery orders. These customer-facing functions provide direct evidence that the bespoke service continues after the television appearance.

The before-and-after story is one of continuity in a narrow specialist market. Maggo entered the Tank seeking funds to scale a highly personalised craft process, received no deal and continues to offer made-to-order jewellery through the same core proposition.

No recent audited revenue, profit, order count or valuation was found in the public sources reviewed. Product-preservation methods and handling claims are company information; customers should discuss materials, safety, shipping and durability directly with the maker.

As of August 25, 2026, Magic of Memories remains an active keepsake-jewellery business despite leaving Shark Tank India without investment. Its current ordering presence is verifiable, while its financial scale and profitability remain undisclosed.
